"I had a hard time figuring..."
I had a hard time figuring out if this part would even fit my motor. The product details were unclear and seemed to be missing basic info I needed. I didn’t want to just guess and end up ordering the wrong thing, so I spent way too long waiting around and trying to sort it out. The site really needs better descriptions because it got frustrating fast

"Checkout Worked, Just Took a Little Patience"
I was ready to wrap up my order and figured checkout would be quick, but it turned into a bit of a slow stroll instead. The pages took a little while to load, and I found myself pausing to double-check the shipping cost before finally hitting the order button. The good news is the payment went through without any issues, so everything worked out in the end. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as I was hoping.

I ordered from PartsVu and everything showed up just right :) The parts matched what I selected, nothing was missing, and there weren’t any random wrong items in the box. Straightforward, but that’s all I was hoping for! Always nice when you don’t have to mess with returns or exchanges.

"Damaged box, but they handled it way better than most"
My order showed up with one part damaged, like the box had taken a hard hit during shipping. I’ve dealt with other places before where this turns into a whole back-and-forth, so I was expecting a bit of a headache. I emailed PartsVu with a couple pictures, and they got back to me really quickly.
They sent out a replacement without making it complicated and kept me in the loop the whole time. Shipping issues happen, but compared to past experiences I’ve had, this was handled really well. I’d definitely order from them again...

I’ll give them credit, the discount I got did help and made the deal feel worth it. But i just wish promo codes worked more often instead of feeling like some random lucky break. It’s a little annoying when you see a promo, get excited, and then it doesn’t apply for whatever reason. When they do work, though, the savings are solid.

"Updates were kind of vague"
I had to keep reaching out to find out what was going on with my order, which got a little frustrating. The emails I did get were short and didn’t really explain much. At one point someone said it was processing, then later it sounded like maybe something was backordered, so I wasn’t sure what to think. I know delays happen, and I’ve had weeks where even keeping track of my own grocery list feels like a project, so I get that things can get messy. But clearer updates would’ve made the whole thing a lot less stressful. PartsVu might be totally fine overall, I just wish the communication had been better.

"Rewards are decent, just kind of confusing"
I do like getting points and it makes me feel like I’m saving something, even if I’m not totally sure how much. But using the rewards was a little confusing for me. I had to poke around at checkout for a while before I figured out where they actually apply. It’s not terrible, just not as obvious as I expected.

I reached out for help figuring out the right water pump kit and sent over my engine info so there wouldn’t be any confusion. They still told me to order the wrong part. When I contacted them about it, the return shipping was suddenly my problem, and the replies felt like generic copy-and-paste emails. the whole thing made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve known better even though I asked them for advice in the first place. Not ordering from them again.

The parts themselves were totally fine and worked for what I needed, but the shipping cost really caught me off guard. It was a small order, just a few little things I needed while cleaning up my garage on a Saturday, so paying that much to have it shipped felt kind of ridiculous

The return process was more of a hassle than I expected. Just a quick warning for anyone ordering parts: make sure you double-check the part before you place the order. I ended up ordering the wrong one and had to do an exchange. Thankfully, the process with PartsVu was straightforward, and support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. The replacement did take a few extra days to arrive, so don’t expect it to be instant, but it wasn’t a huge problem. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d use PartsVu again.
